Service Description
Strong With Sarah's TRX Fitness classes are small group sessions using TRX straps to build full-body strength and improve overall fitness in a friendly, fun and challenging environment. Join us for personal coaching that supports and motivates you each step of the way! This 6 week block runs Wednesdays at 9.15am and includes the following dates, 25th February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th March 1st April BLOCK BOOKINGS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE/ NON REFUNDABLE
