Welcome to Strong with Sarah! I'm a qualified PT & Pre/ Postnatal Specialist here to help you achieve your fitness goals in a way that’s personalised, supportive, and most importantly, fun!
Based at Soul Barns in Mortimer, Reading (RG7) I offer inclusive group classes, Mum & Baby sessions, TRX Fitness/ Pilates/ Strength, bespoke home Personal Training, and small private group PT.
Whether you’re returning to exercise, building strength, or simply looking to move with more confidence, my sessions are designed to help you feel stronger, supported, and motivated.
