Mum and Baby

"I have loved every session with Sarah. I started coming to her classes when I was 6 weeks postpartum, I’m now 4 months postpartum. If that doesn’t show how much I have enjoyed it, I don’t know what does!

It has really helped me gain my strength back that I lost throughout pregnancy. â€‹As a first time mum I was really nervous getting out and going to groups with my baby, but I’m so glad I did as it has given me so much confidence."
