Service Description

Designed specifically for new mums 6 weeks postpartum and onwards. These classes focus on regaining strength, improving fitness, and enhancing mental wellbeing in a supportive, friendly environment. You can bring your little one along while you work on your fitness journey! This class uses a mixture of resistance bands and body weight to improve cardio fitness, strength and core rehabilitation. When purchasing this 7 week block you are committing to the following dates; Monday 23rd Feb Monday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th March Monday 6th April BLOCK BOOKINGS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.
