Service Description
Strong With Sarah's TRX Fitness classes are small group sessions using TRX straps to build full-body strength and improve overall fitness in a friendly, fun and challenging environment. Join us for personal coaching that supports and motivates you each step of the way! This 4 week block runs Fridays at 9.30am and includes the following 17th & 24th April 1st, 15th, & 22nd May BLOCK BOOKINGS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE/ NON REFUNDABLE
