Service Description

Strong With Sarah's Suspension Fitness classes are small group sessions, using TRX straps to build full-body strength and improve overall fitness in a friendly, fun and challenging environment. Join us for personal coaching that supports and motivates you each step of the way! This 6 week block runs Wednesdays at 6pm and includes the following dates, 3rd, 10th, 17th 24th June 8th, 22nd July BLOCK BOOKINGS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE/ NON REFUNDABLE
